After the Revolutionary War, a sprouting and unstable nation was left in the hands of the Founding Fathers. Among them rose a leader, George Washington, who became the first President of the United States. The 1790s were years filled with the nation’s leaders trying to find ways for the new country to become stable, how to handle the economy, and how to manage both manage domestic and foreign affairs. As each problem arose, so did the different opinions regarding handling of these issues. These powerful opinions lead to divisions between the country’s government and its people, known as political parties. The Federalist ideals emphasized the need of federal power, favored large businesse s, believed the country needed a strong financial system, and interpreted the Constitution loosely. (â€Å"Political Parties Emerge (Overview)† 1). The Democratic Republican party was the complete opposite of the Federalist party. Lead by Secretary of State, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison, the Democratic Republican party’s ideals, which were largely inspired by the Enlightenment, were centered around the power of the people. The Democratic Republican party was strongly against an intrusive federal government and believed the power should remain in the hands of the states. Along with those beliefs, the Democratic Republicans favored small, agriculturally based businesses and a strict interpretation of the Constitution (Danver 3). The differences between the parties lead to much conflict within the country, but it also made sure that the decisions made by the government would benefit the whole nation. One of the biggest domestic problems the nation was facing during the 1790s was the debt that was a result of the Revolutionary War. In Africa, there are more Catholic believers and over half of the populations of all adults are baptized. Inexorably, pastoral and intellectual energy in the church will follow population, and this means that African leaders are destined to play an increasingly prominent role in the global church (Allen, 2006). The world is developing in many areas and having the Catholic belief is becoming stronger than ever. Islamic Religious Beliefs. The Islamic culture is considered not a sacred religion, but one that is of harm and malice. If one would study the Islamic religion, it is not a new religion but one from a path of monotheism. The monotheism too was developed into Judaism and Christianity. The ignorance about Islam and perceived targeting of Muslims in general by the U. Politics have become more fundamental in the Third World countries in order to help with the growth and expansion of countries. In order for politics to produce appreciable works, democracy would need to function correctly by the people. Religious beliefs may change over time, but politics are most likely to stay the same. The many cultures in Third World countries seek independence and continue to seek justice from their government and leaders. The principles in other nations seem quite different than what is in the United States. In Third World countries, young children are able to work at an early age in support to be providers in the family. BRAND PERSONALITY Brand personality is the way a brand speaks and behaves. It means assigning human personality traits/characteristics to a brand so as to achieve differentiation. These characteristics signify brand behaviour through both individuals representing the brand as well as through advertising, packaging, etc. When brand image or brand identity is expressed in terms of human traits, it is called brand personality. MASLOW’S HIERARCHY OF NEEDS THEORY 100 PLUS 100 PLUS Abraham Maslow is well renowned for proposing the Hierarchy of Needs Theory in 1943. This theory is a classical depiction of human motivation. This theory is based on the assumption that there is a hierarchy of five needs within each individual. The urgency of these needs varies. These five needs are as follows- Physiological needs- These are the basic needs of air, water, food, clothing and shelter. In other words, physiological needs are the needs for basic amenities of life. Safety needs- Safety needs include physical, environmental and emotional safety and protection. For instance- Job security, financial security, protection from animals, family security, health security, etc. Social needs- Social needs include the need for love, affection, care, belongingness, and friendship. Esteem needs- Esteem needs are of two types: internal esteem needs (self- respect, confidence, competence, achievement and freedom) and external esteem needs (recognition, power, status, attention and admiration). Self-actualization need- This include the urge to become what you are capable of becoming / what you have the potential to become. It includes the need for growth and self-contentment. It also includes desire for gaining more knowledge, social- service, creativity and being aesthetic. The self- actualization needs are never fully satiable. As an individual grows psychologically, opportunities keep cropping up to continue growing. From this theory that 100plus at the esteem needs level because people need it to restore energy to make they achieve what they target and make people proud to them.
